Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms – Awareness Is Essential!

“Changes in our body are the result of a logical series of steps. By discovering these changes, we discover the quality of our health and where we are in the process. Many times when we are dealing with disease, it can be slowed or even prevented once discovered. The key is learning to look and listen to what is going on inside us. For example, the average person who develops type 2 diabetes has had “pre-diabetes,” or meta- betes, for 5 to 15 years before then. During this window of time, the chance of stopping or reversing this process is possible! Where are you in this process?”
The Seven Numbers p. 20
